Arduino UNO control OBIS under its Digital Trigger mode

It is done. With less modules controlled by Micro-Manager, the system loads faster and more stable.

Notes during the whole process:

crispr scanner

First, get ots_server running, which is from htgt/CRISPR-Analyser. Install Web Blat is recommended but not required.

Second, download crispr.html from my Gist, and download a copy of jquery-2.1.1.min.js. Put both files in the same folder.

Third and final step, open crispr.html with a modern browser (no IE<9 support).

1,看Figures和Results

因为这部分是就事论事,一个图得出一个结论。按照惯例,这部分不应该含任何的讨论和深入。图例有时会有不少实验细节,可能需要看Experimental Procedures帮助理解。

2,看Introduction

通过阅读按照作者的思路介绍的背景知识,加深对刚刚阅读的结果的理解。可能需要根据作者引用的文章,适当选择阅读,加深理解。

3,看Discussion

这是作者对本文章的讨论和深入,阅读需要一定的背景知识。由于文章Discussion的最后一段是总结发现,阐明意义;我一般是先读最后一段,把握基调,然后读整个Discussion。

  • 粗读,对我来说就是看Figures和图例;有兴趣再读Results
  • 细读,我会看Figures和图例,Results和Introduction;快速扫一下Discussion,有兴趣才会多看一下
  • 精读,就是1-2-3,然后中间多次往返各个部分;一般在一次阅读后,过段时间,会再看看它的Discussion,思考思考
